One of the first epoxy boards Gary made on styrofoam. Epoxy resin was hard to get then and he did not know it well, so to keep polyester resin off the foam he glued rice paper to the blank with white glue. It worked.
Built for the Palm Springs wave pool, back when the wave there was nothing like it is now. Incredibly light, glass-on foam fins. Ridden in a contest before it was airbrushed.
A problem solved with what was in the room.
