No Refunds / All Sales Final Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and paid.
Surfboards (All Sales Final)
Due to the nature of surfboards and the potential for damage after delivery or pickup, all surfboard purchases are final. Please review product details carefully before ordering. If you have questions about sizing, volume, or the right board for your needs, contact us before purchase at [support email].
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled for a refund after checkout. If you need to make a change (pickup vs. shipping, address updates, etc.), contact us immediately at [support email]. Changes are not guaranteed once an order is in progress or scheduled for pickup/delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We do not provide refunds, but we will make it right if:

You receive the wrong item, or

Your order arrives with shipping damage that is documented at delivery.
For freight/shipping deliveries:
Please inspect the package at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier paperwork. Contact us within [24 hours] of delivery with photos of:

the packaging,

the damage,
-
and the shipping label.
If the claim is approved, we may offer (at our discretion) a replacement, repair, or store credit.
Local Pickup
For local pickup orders, please inspect your board at pickup. Once the board leaves our location, the sale is final.
